ESP ESP's Sterile Processing Certification Preparation Programs
CRCST or CSPDT
Evolved Sterile Processing Consulting's sterile processing certification preparation program is designed to meet the needs of both the CBSPD and HSPA certification.
This course will prepare you to become a Sterile Processing Technician (SPT), also known as a Central Service Technician. You will learn how to sterilize, clean, process, assemble, store, and distribute medical supplies, and be ready to take either the Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) certification exam offered by the Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA) or the Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician (CSPDT) certification exam that is offered by the Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution. These exams serve as the introductory certification for Sterile Processing staff. Successful completion of the exam demonstrates a technician's competence to fulfill the role of a Sterile Processing Technician. Under the guidance of an instructor, you will develop proficiency in comprehending the step-by-step requirements of the sterilization process.
CER or CFER
Evolved Sterile Processing Consulting's endoscopy reprocessing technician certification preparation program is designed to meet the needs of both the CBSPD and HSPA certification.
By taking our endoscopy technician course, you will be equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to become an Endoscopy Reprocessing Technician (ERT). The course covers critical areas such as manual automated high-level disinfection, leak testing, and safe handling of endoscopic equipment. Upon completion, you will be eligible to take the Certified Endoscope Reprocessor (CER) or Certified Flexible Endoscope Reprocessor (CFER) certification exams, which serve as introductory certifications for endoscope reprocessing staff. With the guidance of an instructor, you will develop proficiency in comprehending the step-by-step requirements of the sterilization process.
ESP's Mentorship Program
The mentorship program educates individuals by helping fill in their knowledge gaps. Knowing why the answer is the answer is key to being successful. It is a supplemental process to self-study programs, technical, or college studies. Our goal is to make it affordable for all. We support both the CBSPD and the HSPA programs. However, we are not affiliated with either company.
